Faithfulness of God

When I first started with God, we would sing songs from Psalms. It was very popular among the churches. You learned the scriptures also. And you sang songs like David did in his day. David started having singers and musicians in the temple because he knew it was important to praise God. God never directed him to do so. It became an important part of life in the temple. Even after the Israelites came back from captivity, singers and musicians were the first to be appointed in the temple. God has always wanted his children to praise Him. There are several reasons why. One, it encourages us to do the will of God. It builds our faith to resist evil and go into this world to take it back. Two, you draw near to God. The bible says if you draw near to God, He will draw near to you. You begin to spend time in the presence of God. The place that God has always wanted us to be. Three, it drives the devil away. The devil will not be where God is. I was reading in Psalms this morning and read: Let God arise and His enemies be scattered. I began singing the song that I sang years ago and remembered the faithfulness of God.

  1. Its like you read my mind! You appear to know so
much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something.
I think that you could do with some pics to drive the message home a little bit, but instead of that, this is fantastic blog.
An excellent read. I will definitely be back.

  2. I’m really enjoying the design and layout of your website.
It’s a very easy on the eyes which makes it much more pleasant
for me to come here and visit more often. Did you hire out a developer to create your theme?
    Excellent work!

  3. Great website you have here but I was wondering if
you knew of any community forums that cover the same
topics talked about here? I’d really like to be a part of online community where I can get suggestions from
other experienced individuals that share the same interest.

If you have any recommendations, please let me know. Appreciate it!
