Dealing with Unbelief.

In Matthew 16:1-4, Jesus had to deal with the unbelief of the pharisees and sadducees. He used the example of the sky. If it’s red in the evening, bad weather is over. But if the sky is red in the morning, there is a storm coming. Then He said, if you can discern the face of the sky, why can’t you discern the signs of the times? The only sign that you will recieve is the sign of Jonah, 3 days in the belly of the whale. Unbelief is the opposite of faith. It is opposite sides of the same coin. That coin is us. Jesus said how can fresh and salt water come out of the same well? It can’t. It’s one way or the other. It starts with hope, then becomes faith. But to keep the faith, takes effort on our part. We must seek after God by reading the word of God and praying. Then doing the word of God. This is how to deal with unbelief.
