I didn’t go to a formal bible college. In my pursuit of God, I wanted to know Him. So, God took me to His own private bible college. I had to become a student. The Apostle Paul went to the same school. Just like Paul, I had to unlearn things that were untrue. God began teaching me the truth of the His word. This also meant that my life or heart was opened to God. He shined His light on me and I saw many ugly things. God asked me for them, one by one. He knew I couldn’t deal with them all at once. It is never more than you are able. I studied the bible from one end to other. It took me a long time to read through because God would stop and teach me. I came to Chronicles of the Kings in the Old Testament. I read a scripture and ask God how it applies to me. The scripture said, and all the act of the king were written down in the books. God’s reply was this, all the acts of king Crain are written down in the books. All of His word applies to each of us for everyday life. Pray and read the bible. Ask God to help you each and every day. And you will be surprise at how much God loves you, as you are.

The Believer/skeptic part #2.
Decently and in order, everything must be done decently and in order. There is a rhythm to our life. It works to peak efficiency when your life is in order. Yes, there is a plan for our life. There is also a time schedule for our life. Everything must happen in a certain amount of time. It is part of the plan. No one knows how much time we have, except God. But God says, live your life as if it is the last day on earth. You see, we aren’t guaranteed tomorrow. All that God guarantees is now. Today is the day and now is the time. Take advantage of the time that you are given. Fulfill your destiny with God. Who knows what God will give you. When you follow God, He will open your eyes to the possibilities. As we draw near to God, He will draw near to you. And in His presence, all thing are possible. I walked into the unknown. It scared me at first, but I learned to trust God. I have seen many miracles and fought many battles. And I an still here, after 40 years.

The Believer/the skeptic.
When you ask God for help or gifts, don’t be surprised when it comes upon you. God began opening my heart and mind to the things of the kingdom. It started with small objectives. I began with headaches. Then came larger objectives, like starting cars, bee and wasps and the weather. What God was doing was testing my faith, so it would grow. All this time, I was reading and studying the bible. So then faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. It is a tool to work in the kingdom of God. It is just like a hammer or saw. If you want to be proficient with it, you have to use it. As you read the word of God, you begin to understand where faith can take you. It will take you from here to heaven. When you do, faith will bring God’s will to earth. Just read the Our Father prayer to see what God’s will do for you and others. And along the way, you will get to know our Father and our older brother, Jesus.

The Skeptic/The Believer.
I soon began changing. The skeptic was fading into the past. The believer was finding new ways to develop. I would take on larger and larger challenges. God gave me 3 gifts to use in my life with Him. They are faith, word of knowledge and discerning spirits. The gift of faith is to be able to believe and allow God to work on this earth. The gift, word of knowledge, is to have God’s understanding. I would walk up to people and see their lives in a moment. One person walked up to me and shook my hand. I saw his entire life in a flash. I knew what had happened to him. The gift of discerning spirits lets me see into the other side, the spiritual world. I saw God, angels and devils. Angels are our brothers. They love to fellowship with us. Michael, the Arc angel is God’s right-hand man. He is enormous. His sword of fire is larger than me. He is so handsome that he is considered beautiful. I will continue my story tomorrow.

A Skeptic and Stubborn.
I would like to say I was a good person, when God saved me. I was a stubborn skeptic. I didn’t believe anyone. God took that stubbornness and turned it to good. I was always a strong-willed child. God knew if I would believe, I would dig my heels in to fight evil. And it is true, as I learned the truth, my faith and will became stronger. I learned that I am a child of God. I have dominion over this earth. I would talk to bees and wasps. They listen and obey. I started with headaches, car starting, weather and especially lightning. They all listened to me in the name of Jesus. My faith grew and grew. I faced larger and larger obstacles. I would tell people about what God was doing. I got mixed reviews. People would smile and say that’s nice. But I was excited about what God was doing in my life. The skeptic was becoming a believer. And I only used my stubbornness in the battles against evil. It is amazing. There is more tomorrow.

The Skeptic – Part 2.
I knew nothing of God when I first met Him. He proved to me that He is real. But I wanted to know this person who was willing to accept me as I was. I knew nothing of the bible. The only part I had read was the stories of King David in the Old Testament. Our big family altar bible had pictures with the stories. But I hadn’t read the bible. I began to find out about God and Jesus. I read the New Testament. When I came to the part in the bible about the crucifixion of Jesus, I cried. This person who saw me dying in sin, paid the price, a life for a life. I began to see what God had planned from the beginning. God, my Father, loved me before I was born. And has never stopped. Piece by piece, the pieces of the puzzle fell into place. The picture of Jesus became clear. I didn’t want to look through anger or pain anymore. I could see clearly with the eyes of God. It took awhile for God to clean me up. But God was persistent. I had a part. I had to surrender each piece for God to take it. As each piece was removed, my sight was restored. My story will continue tomorrow.

The Skeptic.
I have been a skeptic most of my life. I don’t take what people say at face value. I want to but that isn’t reality. I listen then they have to prove it. God knew this when He spoke to me in that church. So, my friend took me up to the altar to talk to the pastor. I prayed a prayer for salvation. Then he asked me if wanted the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues. I said yes. I didn’t know exactly what I was getting into. But I wanted everything that God had to give me. We prayed and God came down and surrounded me. I was surrounded by the Holy Ghost. People shook my hand and talked to me. But I was a 1000 miles away. God put a hedge around me. And no one could get to me. God knew I was a skeptic. And He was going to prove to me that He is and a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. This was the beginning, the first day with God. That happened 40 years ago. And His presence is no less then when He began. God proved to me that He loved me because and He has never forsaken me. God says prove Me this day. I will continue with the skeptic tomorrow.

My Journey Continues.
As I listen to those 2 men talk about what this person had done for them, I became interested. There was a hope growing in me. These men talked about a person who is alive. This person was willing to help them for no apparent reason. This was what I was looking for. I would like to say I was a sterling character. But the truth was that I was more a character than sterling. I thought maybe this person would be willing to help me. Finally, they asked me if I would go to church with them. I said yes. They took me to their church the next Sunday. It was about 500 people. I shook hands with, it seemed, everyone. We found a place to sit. They began singing. I was just looking around at the people. Then we sat down. The preacher began speaking. I was still looking at everyone. It was interesting. Then the preacher stopped, and it was dead silence. Then he turned to the audience and said hello. It was an expression that I used. I never heard anyone else say it. Then God spoke to me. He said, “what more do you want?” I looked around to see who was talking to me, but no one was even paying attention to me. I knew from that moment on that my prayers were answered. I will continue tomorrow.

My Journey
My journey was from hell and back. I don’t know if you understand that you have a choice. Everything you do in life is a choice, good or bad. And you are responsible for every choice you make in life. For the longest time, all my choice were the wrong ones. I dug a hole that I couldn’t get out of it. I came to a point where I was throwing dirt on top of myself. I was going to bury myself, if I didn’t get help. Two friends reached out to me through my older brother. They wanted me to join their Amway business. I was interested. We would meet at one man’s business for coffer each morning. The conversation became one-sided. The 2 men would talk about what Jesus had done for them. They weren’t talking to me directly, but God was. It took a lot to convince me of anything. So, for three months, they started our business meeting with what Jesus had done for them. And so, my journey continues.

Wanting Super Powers
If only I had super powers, I could change the world for good. If you are waiting for super powers, you will wait forever. It would be nice to change the world back to good. But that is only in comic books or as they say today, graphic novels. So, I will keep on searching for someone who can change my life. How do I know that there is a person who cares enough to help me? I looked around and saw people would help to achieve their agenda. It was never because I needed help. I looked for someone who wanted to help me. In college, I fell in love with a young woman, who loved me because. I saw a glimpse of what it could be. Because I was who I was, I lost her. And began the search again. The anger and frustration grew in me. Until no one wanted to be around me. But I still had that need in my life. Where in the world could I find someone, who cared for me? I kept looking, doing what I could to survive. I’ll will continue tomorrow.
